As Peters’s very own Teams expert, I will highlight core functionality and discuss new features that can help your organization meet, communicate, and collaborate. Our focus this month is on Teams Sites. Teams Sites consist of a Team, Channels, and Tabs.
- Teams: are a collection of people, content, and tools surrounding different projects and outcomes within an organization.
- Channels: are dedicated sections within a team to keep conversations organized by specific topics. Channels are places where conversations happen and where the work actually gets done.
- Tabs: give team members quick access to tools, services, and files with Microsoft Teams Tabs. Tabs are always visible at the top of the screen, so everyone can get to them easily.
