Peters & Associates continues to monitor Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments closely.  The health and well-being of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us.  We have provided our employees the information and best practices to maintain health and help prevent the spread of the disease.

Peters & Associates is open for business and expects no interruptions in our ability to service customers.  We are fortunate that the people, process, and technology of remote work have been integrated as part of our daily routines. For customers we service with regular visits or are in the midst of projects requiring on-premises work, there are currently no changes to announce. We are monitoring the situation closely and our employees are taking the appropriate precautions to keep themselves and your employees healthy. If you have made the decision to close your office, we will coordinate and make adjustments to continue to support you remotely.

We are actively transforming our normal course of business to serve the immediate technical needs of customers.  This includes technologies for working remotely, communication, and leveraging remote monitoring and management solutions we have relied upon to support our customers for years.  We have developed secure remote worker solutions to help our customers adapt to remote work and communication quickly and safely.  Please contact your account manager, info@peters.com, or watch for communications regarding our Office Hours to be hosted every day from 12-1 CST beginning March 16th.
