Andrew is an industry veteran with over 34 years experience in the tech field. Andrew is the son of company founder Mel Peters, a pioneer in the technology field who opened Peters & Associates for business the day the IBM PC was introduced. Since then, Peters & Associates has grown and evolved from the infancy of the PC industry to the current evolution of the cloud.

Andrew’s vision and hands-on leadership have resulted in Peters & Associates earning numerous industry awards and certifications. He is committed to Peters & Associates employees, customer satisfaction, and giving back to the community.

Tom Wiesman


With degrees in English and Philosophy, combined with his past work in social services, Tom brings a critical, although rare, leadership skill appreciated by our customers—the skill of listening. Tom demonstrates that when we listen to our clients, only then are we able to best evaluate and assess their situation—leading to solutions that truly serve their current needs and future visions. (It may seem obvious, but we’ve found many grateful clients who haven’t felt “heard” before.)

Tom is a longtime veteran of Peters & Associates and over the years and has worked in various roles at the company before assuming senior management responsibilities. Tom believes in advocating for customers, both with vendors and internally to provide value-driven solutions.

Bruce Ward

Vice President of Business Strategy

Bruce is the Vice President of Business Strategy. In addition to client-facing roles, Bruce is responsible for operational excellence in areas such as marketing, product alignment, and vendor relations. Over the past 25 years, Bruce has always served in an advisory role for C-level executives, IT Directors and CISOs to ensure that business goals align with IT strategies and initiatives.  Microsoft has recognized, trained and badged Bruce as an internal Microsoft resource to allow him full access to solution architecture, roadmaps and competitive guidance. Bruce has a focus on consultative education and helping organizations envision their future with justifiable rationale. He is sought after on speaking engagements including CIO round tables, executive forums, and conferences.

Bruce leverages a foundation of education from University of Illinois (Secondary Ed.) and an MBA from Keller Graduate School, rounded out with a credentialed security focus (CISM).

Susan Scordato

Chief Financial Officer

As Peters and Associates CFO, Susan keeps her nose to the grindstone. Susan has been with Peters & Associates since 1990 and balances the cutting edge of technology with the bottom line. Susan keeps expenses in check and guides the organization through constantly changing regulations and requirements.

Susan, an Elmhurst College alumna, shares her passion for animals with her involvement in the community. She participates in programs such as the Canine/Youth READ program in conjunction with several local libraries and schools. Susan actively volunteers through Pet Partners Therapy Animal Program, visiting people with both physical and intellectual disabilities. Susan is also an alumna of the Citizen’s Police Academy – she’s considered a straight shooter.

Rachael Narel

Solution Strategist

Rachael has spent over 17 years in the IT and software fields, having experience in virtually every functional area of an organization through both team and leadership roles. Her diverse background includes organization development, change management, strategic planning and process improvement, product management and marketing, new product development, and customer service, sales and support.

Rachael holds both a PhD in Organization Development and a Master of Science in Management and Organization Behavior from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Biology from Saint Xavier University.

Manager of Client Engagement

Adam has been working at Peters & Associates for 5 + years in roles that span service delivery, marketing, and technical education. In his current role, Adam is responsible for the creation and alignment of Peters & Associates support and security service offerings. In this capacity, Adam is tasked with partnering with clients to identify their unique challenges and developing a support and security plan to address those challenges.

Adam holds bachelor degrees in Management & Organizations and Marketing from the University of Iowa.

Jeff Gargas

Manager of Support Services

Jeff has been in the IT industry for over 20 years. He quickly moved from being a web developer in his early career to leadership roles in network and systems administration as well as IT Management. After being a client of Peters & Associates for 15 years, he enjoyed working with the company so much that he decided to join full time. While at Peters & Associates, he has served roles in project management, customer advocacy, and now as the Manager of Support Services.  He has coupled his years of hands on experience with coursework for Computer Engineering at Purdue University.

In his spare time, Jeff enjoys playing the drums – he was actually part of a touring band for 10 years!

John Fedor

Principal Architect

John has been with Peters & Associates for over two decades. Over the years, John has diligently worked on the delivery of solutions matched to organizational business issues. As technologies have evolved, John has adapted skill-sets to continually exceed customer expectations and outcomes. John is a DePaul University alum with a Master’s in Computer Science with minors in Math and Physics.  John’s capabilities are validated by industry certifications and accolades including CISSP, CCNP, MCSE, and many others.

John has primary mentoring and managerial responsibilities over a dedicated engineering staff. With client satisfaction as a guiding star, John aligns delivery, escalation, consistency, and on-going training to make sure customers receive value day-in, day-out.

Chris Cummins

Chris Cummins

Solution Architect

As Solution Architect at Peters & Associates, Chris Cummins is responsible for design in Peters & Associates development and business intelligence practices. This includes ensuring the team delivers to our standards of successful design, implementation, and satisfaction of our clients.  He has over 25 years of industry experience, and has delivered over 375 Microsoft SharePoint projects for Peters & Associates. Chris has an undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois (Urbana), a MBA from Lewis University and industry technical and project management certifications. Chris’ primary role with our clients is aligning technical solutions to business needs.

Chris spends most of his time outside Peters creating stained glass windows and restoring Victorian residences in his community’s historic district.
